Robert Glass, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Dubin & Company. Mr. Glass also serves as CFO to a number of portfolio companies launched by Dubin & Company, including Commodore Capital LP, a biotech fund focused on late stage private and small and mid-cap public companies and Haussmann Development, a real estate development company.
In addition, Mr. Glass previously served as CFO of Engineers Gate a proprietary quantitative trading company, EG Market Technologies, a High Frequency Trading Company and JumpStart Ventures, a tech recruiting software company. Prior to joining Dubin & Company in 2013, Mr. Glass was the Vice President, Controller and Chief Compliance Officer of GF Capital Management & Advisors, LLC. Previously, Mr. Glass worked in the Real Estate Private Equity arm of Lehman Brothers, where he served as an Assistant Vice President within the finance team.
Before joining Lehman Brothers, he served as a Senior Analyst with Ernst & Young, LLP in the Valuation and Business Modeling group within the Transaction Advisory Services business. He was previously at Credit Suisse, where he served as an Associate in the private equity arm as part of the Customized Fund Investment Group investment team. He began his career working in the Global Finance organization at Lucent Technologies and its spinout, Avaya, Inc. Mr. Glass earned a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
